RE: headlight relays - now fast blinker



   Corrosion between the bulb and its base can also reduce the load
resulting in a faster flash rate. Try cleaning the contacts in the base and
on the bulb with fine sandpaper.

   Mark, it could be possible that since all of your bulbs are working,
that perhaps you have a bulb that isnt the 21w as should be.  If the
circuit has less of a load, it will blink faster.  Do both sides blink
at the same rate when you use your blinkers, or is the one side usually
faster?
