i do seem to remember seeing some kind of rust neutralizing chemical at the 
carlisle car show a few years ago.. i dont remember what it was called, but 
i did watch it work, and it looked like it was the real deal.  So i guess 
that there is other options, but i dont know anything about that stuff so i 
couldnt point you in the right dirrection here ;) Lata!
