What's a Fuba spoiler? 

 I know what the Fuba is (antenna), and I know what the spoiler is, but I ain't never seen a Fuba spoiler...that would be one huge ass antenna!

If you are referring to the rubber spoiler, one trick is to put the car in the sun, let the rubber heat up and then smear Vaseline on it.  Let it melt into the rubber, then wipe off the excess.  This makes the rubber look like new, but can and will attract some dust/pollen.
