  i'd rather pull out clusters all day then mess with speedo cables.
turn the cluster so it's face down. rotate it clockwise and the inside
of the cluster should be able to come out through the hole in the top of
the steering wheel. putting it back in and getting the two tabs on the
side aligned are a pain, though.
