SV: question from a former lister

>>Quick question: External mounted main fuel pump.
I'm getting ~10.8V to 11.2V at the pump, and ~12.9V at the fuse panel.
What voltage reading are you getting back there when the car is running?
Can you check on your car and ask what others are getting?<<

It's no matter what car, model, 10,8V is too low, +12,5V or near is ok, +13V is good.

First thing too check is ground cable, second is if the pump eats lots of current, if that's the case the pump is bad. If no of those things are, replace cables with new thicker cables.

This can take car of hesitation, low power when revving etc.
