List,
        I managed to get a free 80 rabbit pickup that I need to work on
getting titled. The strut tower on the passenger side is rusted through,
is it worth repairing? Or should I just drive it into the ground? If
anybody who lives in maryland has experience in getting vehicles legally
titled let me know :) I don't know how to go about titling it because
the previous owner has been deceased for a few years, and his family can
not find the title for it..... Thanks,
