Just use a drill bit thats a little bigger than the allen and drill the head 
off . When you pull the pully off the remaining bolt usually comes undone 
with you bare hands if not just grab it with a vice grip . All 3 times mine 
have come off with my bare hands when doing the drill thing . 

Damn this MN weather , 70 wed.  and today 30 and snow WTF?
