[misc] coloured lighting tutorial

  i placed a coloured lighting tutorial on my page (after actually
undertaking this project today). it covers the instrument panel,
cigarette lighter, ash tray (oooh, really hard), and (soon) the small
gauges (voltmeter, oil temp, etc.). now might be a good time to get some
new gauge faces from brett
