Control Arms

I have several sets of control arms sitting in my garage and I know which
cars they came from. While the all look the same, I am convinced that they
are all the same.  The sets come from a 84 Scirocco, a 87 Scirocco 16V and
the third set is from a 83 GTI.  Am I correct in concluding that they are
all the same?

BTW, is a good idea to replace all of the bushings on the control arms? I
believe that there are two on each arm.  Can they be replaced and how
difficult are they to replace?  Thanks
