availability of euro mk1 parts?

Since Doug just mentioned that German Post is no longer allowing 
large packages (ie. large enough for bumpers) to be shipped over 
here, is there any place at all that we can find euro MK1 parts such 
as the large square lights and euro bumpers?  From what I 
understand even had a very hard time finding euro bumpers for a '78 
they are restoring for a customer.
