difference between 84-85 fuse ratings?

just like the title, just wondering if there is any difference in the fuse
ratings from 84-85 sciroccos, i have an 85, but i nly have a 84 bentley, and
i looked at the bentley and looked at my fuses and i had stuff in spots like
a 30amp were a 10amp should be???
also does the hall sending unit control power going to the coil or the
control unit, on the 85?
