Sounds like you may have put an 8v disk on a 16v
tranny.  If it only does this when the clutch is
depressed it sounds like the problem.  What are you
running for a tranny?  It won't even move right?  It
sounds like the wrong disk.  I know BTDT-it sucks
cause you are going to haul out the tranny.  I never
used clutch disks given to me by friends anymore...  

8v mainshaft has 24 teeth
16v mainshaft has 28 teeth
