2.0l 8v oil filter flange?

does anyone have or know of anyone with a bad 2.0l 8v block?....i need the
oil filter flange (part that bolts to the block and has the threaded rod
for the oil filter to spin onto).....it is different from the 1.8 8v and
1.8/2.0l 16v motors part...

i ordered one from the dealer (brought the Astroglide with me.....seemed to
help because the part was only 23$.....but there are none in stock in the
US or canada....and god only knows how long it will take to get....

it's the only part i need to finish a conversion (and unfortunately a
crucial one)
