back brake sticking on my 16v

Whew! Had a hell of a time driving in the snow the other night.  I have a 
back disc brake sticking on one side. I knew one was sticking alittle, but 
when your driving in snow and the one wheel in the back locks up due to no 
resistence and spins you around it makes ya think maybe I should take care 
of this!!!

Not fun! :-(
