reap wiper won't stop!?

Hello all,

I've got a rear wiper blade that won't quit! I thought it might be the relay 
but that's been replaced and it's still keeps running. In fact the only way 
to stop it is to pull the relay and then reseat it. Can't figure this one 
out. Could it be the wiper motor itself?? Front wipers work fine.
