draining manual transmission

I'm getting ready to drain my manual tranny on my 86 rocc. Does anyone have 
a Bently close and can tell me what size wrench I need?

I heard it's a 17mm hex head.

How many quarts does it take?

Also where are the drain and fill plugs located. Are they hard to get to 
from below. What do you recommend for replacement fluid.  Didn't have much 
of a choice at the local auto parts shop. Does anyone know where I can find 
Slick 50 manual trans treatment.  Can't find it any where!!
