The OEM 16V 4-pt. lower brace is as elegant a solution as any I've
encountered, and it's cheap.

Autotech has a trick-looking three-point brace, but I would be hard pressed
to give a reason it is any better then the VW part. And who looks under your
car at the strut brace?

You UK folks may have to look to the Continent to find one, not sure what
models outside the 16V might have had that piece.
