did an experiment with my fuel problem

Ok.. well since i just finally finished my Home Made A/F gauge. i started
playing around with the fuel today. found out that.. i would lean out just
about instantly all the way to 4500rpm. then some fuel would come back in...
i thought tat was really weird. you would think it would be the other way
around. so.. i thought it might be my fuel distributor. so i took the fuel
distributor out of my 84 and put it in mines. did the same procedure i did
with with my other distributor. this time. it'll lean out instantly and no
fuel would come back in... so.. me getting frustrated. i hooked up my extra
injector on my throttle body casting. (no i didn't put the manifold with 4
injectors in yet). and i hooked it up to WOT, so i can bypass the fueler
which to me has some problems. once i got that hooked up. at idle. i tested
the switch.. hahaahha.. once i touched the switch. the engine died. flooded
it.. so i took her around the block. i think there's way too much damn fuel
coming out of that injector. the car sputters on wot. but the car pulls SO
much better.. so test #2.. to see if fuel was my boost problem. i
disconnected the wastegate.. for those of you that were following my posts.
my boost would get cut off at 10psi for some reason.. well.. after this
test.. Whoo Hoo.. i'm getting 13psi, but the car sputters too damn much, so
i let off... so fuel is the culprit for my lack of boost. now.. i don't know
what else to do. i wanna know why CIS is leaning out instantly in vaccum
then give me some more fuel at HIGH rpms. should be the opposite. plenty of
fuel in low rpms then lose fuel at high rpms.i mean. i could switch to G60
injection like jonas and brian suggested.. but i still have to get the damn
chip programmed. SDS would be nice. but both of those options cost soo much
money.. this is gay......
