new scirocco...

just like the subject i just bought a new scirocco, but i have a few
problems with it..
ok well about the car first.78 scirocco, completly original, 100k miles, NO
rust in trunk/interior/engine compartment.. only rust is a spot on fender.
all electrical works, adn interior is nice. i picked it up for $400 and
droove it home. problem.
when i start it it runs fine, and idles fine, but when it gets worm it idles
at like 2k? anyone have any ideas?
Also does anyone have or know were i can get long wheel bolts, longer then
usual, i am trying to mount some pannisport rims but dont have enough wheels
bolts..
