[tech] rear tranny mount

i need some tips on changing the rear tranny mount on my 16v rocco...i think that's the one it is...its the one with 3 bolts 2-13mm and 1-19mm, squarish looking thing...

anyway, mine is so bad that it is almost broke in two...the transmission is resting on the lower stress bar as it is now...i went out and tried jacking up the transmission to get it off the bar and get some leverage to get the old mount off and the new one in, but the problem is that the whole car just raises as opposed to just the tranny...

so does anyone have any tricks to getting the old rear transmission mount out and the new one in?  any help is appreciated...
