16v Parts Avail in SF Bay Area

Folks, 
This guy Ben I met on the Vanagon list has some Scirocco 16v parts he is
looking to get to a good home. Location is the SF Bay Area. I have no
idea what his thoughts are on shipping. Detailed list below. As always,
