It won't pass with that exhaust leak.  The techincian probably won't even 
test it because a lot of your exhaust is escaping before it reaches the 
tailpipe and the readings will be wrong (probably in your favor).  Not too 
mention the O2 sensor won't read right and the mixture will probably be 
rich.  I'd say, put a bandage on the leak and test it.  I doubt the bandage 
will hold, but you really don't care about that.
