As far as i know, if you buy a flood car it will seem ok for a while, but 
before long you will start to have some really wierd wiring problems with 
it!  Especially if you drive it in the winter where wet wires and grounds 
can rust and stop working right!  In my own opinion it would only be worth 
it if you were gonna strip it and use parts for conversions or something!
