Well, I think there's the issue of rattling stuff loose, but the most
damaging could be to the front suspension.  It's one of those "sh*t rolls
down the hill" thing.  One tiny, inexpensive part can end up damaging more
expensive parts.  The engine torquing without control (passenger mount
function) could filter down to your shocks, putting added pressure on them
to maintain what the motor mount should have been doing.  Alignment could be
"right as rain", but the car won't "sit" right or control correctly because
you're probably wearing down your tires.   I think a passenger mount (OEM)
runs about $20 or so.  The labor would probably run $45 or so, depending on
the mechanic.  Sixty-five dollars isn't much to pay for piece of mind.
