Ive never heard of anyone tinting with film tint on the outside of a
window....I worked in a stereo shop where we did tint. I have all my windows
tinted and the rear is tinted on the inside. I dont think tint on the
outside would last too long and it wouldnt look very good as it isnt as
reflective as glass....ymmv

  as i live in ohio, it'd be crazy to tint the outside. come winter and
the tint is scratched off. in fact, every car i've ever seen tinted has
always been on the inside.
