Re: HVAC Servos



This particular servo is a two-position vacuum servo.  One line makes it move
halfway from its 'rest' position, and the other line makes it move all the way
from its rest position.  There's an internal spring that allows the servo to
return to its rest position when neither line is supplying vacuum.

Sound right?  Should be.



BTW, I recently lubed my vacuum distributor with NEO watercraft grease (just a
little bit), and now my vent control knob works more smoothly than it ever did.
In fact, she goes ALL the way to the left so that my recirculation servo now
works properly for super cool AC operation.  Pretty cool!!
