Pass side power window probs

This morning my passanger side power window decided to abrubtly stop
working.  That is, it worked fine the last time I drove it the day
before yesterday, but no luck all day today.  Whenever I hit the switch
I can see the voltmeter bounce (just as the working drivers side does)
however the window doesn't move, and No noise is produced.  Is this
possibly the sign of a bad power window regulator (whatever that is)?  I
have searched through my various manuals, and found very little to NO
information on this.  Any ideas, on how to pinpoint the prob or of the
problem?  If so does anyone have a used replacement part for sale?  No
windows is a bad thing, it's getting hot down here!!!!!!!
