Bad Idle when warmed up <FIXED>

FYI
I reported last week or sometime that I was having a problem with the 16V's 
idle once the car got warmed up.  It turned out to be the Idle stabilizer 
valve which was allowing the car to surge to 1800 or 2000rpm.  Despite the 
fact that it was stilll making the "buzzz   click" noise, it wasn't working 
correctly.   You can check yours by checking the resistance.  See your 
bently.  HTH
