All you need to do is to replace the little 37cent gear on the odometer
counter.  They always crack and cause the odometer to skip under a little
pressure (like when it is clicking over the 10s or 100s of miles, you know,
gets stuck on the 9s!).  We have them at the shop I work at and I am sure
the dealer has them and other aftermarket shops.  All you need to know is
the tooth count!!  SAVES alot of money!!  HTH!
