RE: Need your advise here! (Old subject!) (LONG)

Well for those who remember about my problem I had with
the clutch.... Here the final result...

Everything was fine, engine mounts, clutch cable, tranny oil, etc..

So I went to many garage and no one's was sure about if this
is a clutch problem, just told me to keep going until it break for sure!!!
That is not exactly what I wanted to do, since when something is
not going well, it may break other things too....
Some did not wanna test drive the car to be sure, and other
test drive it, but says that everything is shifting correctly...

I finally went to Mafra Auto repair, on St-Jacque in Montreal
(Thank to John Erk for the reference), he was the only one
who told me for sure this is a clutch problem, he told me that
the clutch is slipping, but actually I was not sure about that
because I never feel it slip, no matter what!!! He was right,
I did get the clutch repair last weekend and everything is
running so good now :)

The problem was that the clutch was old (he said 10 years)
actually, must be the original one, so must be 12 years old...
And on the disk the dust and humidity of oil stick to it, so
it was now a little oily, and when I pressed the clutch the disk
stick to the pressure plate, so did like if I wasn't pressing the
clutch at all. The clutch was due to be change anyway because
was very used....

Now everything is running well.

Mafra is expensive compare to where I was used to go,
Like the clutch kit is 250$, time for repair 250$,
AGIP oil change is 45$, oil filter 10$, flasher light is 3$ and to change
all this cost 30$ in time. with taxes cost around 675$ (In CAN).
Well I know I could get cheaper else where, but I talk with Frank (the garage owner)
and I know that he knows what to do and John Erk told me that he was a
good one and honest, so I wanted to be sure that the job will be well done.

So thanks to all of you that helped me out with the problem, and
other that I might forget.
