Now it's official. My car is a 1,8T and running. Building the new motor took
some more time than I thought it would take and a air leak between manifold
and cylinder head took long time to find out.

Small things still to do but it's running like a bat out from hell. And this
with only ,45bar in boost, boost should be increased to ,7 or ,8 in the
nearest days, meaning about 30 to 40 more horses.

A small desription of both car and motor:

Scirocco 82,
-G60 discs and calipers in back, reinforced Scirocco 84 calipers out with
adapter plate, 22mm master piston
-195/45-15 Bridgestone on Borbet T
-K&W coil overs, Bonrath reinforced upper bearings, upper and lower strut
brace, cut up wheel wells, car lowered about 100mm.
-leather seats, heated
-MFA
-91 1,8 digifant motor
-Fuel system K-jetronik from Saab 900, several year models and redesigned
myself
-cylinder head changed from hydralic lifters to mechanical lifter myself
-Manifold from turbodiesel
-Garret GT17 turbo from Saab 9,5
-Intercooler from Saab 9,5
-custom built exhaust system, 63,5mm from turbo and back in stainless steel.
-Intercooler plumbing in stainless steel.
-dump valve
-factory oil/water exchanger
-16V water cooler
-1*70mm throttle body from Audi v6 98 or 99
-G60 intake rebuilt to fit TB

I'm adding some building pics of the motor and it's parts for those
interested, almost all steel parts are yellow cromated, alumium parts are
either new or sand blastered, block is painted.
