Sounds like warped brake rotors if it's doing it under braking.  You can get
them turned at any Autozone or what not for about $5 each off the car.  New
ones should be about $30 each, but get them from a foreign car parts place NOT
Autozone.  Sometimes you can jack up one of the front wheels, spin the wheel
with the car in neutral and feel for high spots.
