My best friend (who just got the 96 Jetta 8v w/ 42k) Totalled it today.  He 
actually ROLLED it pretty bad after blowing a tire & fishtailing down the 
highway(He also wants me to let everyone know that he was airborne for
almost 
50 feet upside down & he's FINE).  Anywho, he needs a VW in good shape & 
hopefully in the mid-atlantic states.  If you've got one, or know of one,
let 
me know.(Roll Bar is a bonus!) haha
