Thank you John for those always welcome words of wisdom. :)  I see nothing
wrong with your method either, this doesn't twist the side mounts too
much then?  As a point of reference, my 88 has both nuts welded to the
front mount, the top bolt was hex, the lower triple square.  My 85
is top nut not welded, top bolt hex, lower triple square.  My previous 80
was both welded, both hex.  Takes all kinds, eh?
