This is true. Going off of what he said, "pinched the hose and the car
stalled" that tells me the hose is intact (at least from the point in
which he pinched the hose.).

Sometimes. The Auxiliary Air Regulator is a piece of mechanical shit. WTF
were they thinking when they designed that thing, Maybe it was "let the
retard design a part" day at the office. I dunno. Either way, its worth a
shot to use either a carb cleaner (Pick a brand, any brand.) brake
cleaner or the B-12 stuff. It MIGHT bring it back to life, might not. 

One thing I do know for sure, the Auxiliary Air Regulator IS his problem.
That's the first thing I do when looking at a racing idle car, pinch the
hose and see what it does.
