Its super easy man.  Just pull the old stuff out, and the new window guides
and regulators just bolt in to the exact same place.  then you just run the
wires throught that little accordian rubber boot that goes from the door to
the car, and plug the wires into the fuse box and you're done.  really easy,
and worth it (IMO).
