My friend is looking for a 16v scirocco, or gti in the price range of 
$0-$3500.  Preferably lower than $3500 so he can spiff it up a little. He is 
going to school at NC State now, but will be on christmas break within the 
next month, where he will bee at his parents in Maryland.  He is willing to 
drive a ways to look at cars.  If ya have anything that may apply that you
