racing buckets in the daily driver

Sure, racing buckets are usually pretty comfortable even for long distance
travel -once you're sitting in them. If you like to get in and out a lot,
however, they're a pain in the ass. Don't plan on being a happy pizza delivery
guy when you've got seats that are specially designed hold you in there like
velcro.

Personally, I don't give a damn about that. Since that's the only real
negative that I can think of I'd say go ahead and get them if it suits you. Do
keep in mind, though, that I maintain a much less than typical list of
requirements for my daily driver. (-no sound deadening whatsoever, no
interior, 14-point cage, etc...) Whatever the case, just make sure that you're
installing them in a Volkswagen and not some silly Shitsubishi... :^)
