I had the same problem in a few of
my VW's not just my scirocco,
most commonly I found the leak
in either the tail light clusters
and or the trunk lining,
I believe these are fairly common
problems because I have heard of many
people complaining of them,
I find the easiest way to solve
it is to just get some tacky form a
gasket and seal er up.
