tranny woes....

hey volks, maybe someone out there can help shed some light on my
ongoing tranny problem. for some time now i've noticed a very small
leakage of what appears to be tranny fluid.  it seems to be coming from
one of the bolt holes that keeps the fifth gear casing on.  i can't
really be sure, tho, cuz i haven't really got look at it.

	i was thinking about gettingme some tranny fluid tomorrow and topping
it up to see how much, if any, i have lost.  well, as i'm driving home
(rather spiritedly, i must say) i noticed that the shifter became very
heavy, kinda like there was no fluid in the gearbox (y'know, difficult
to push thru the gears).  the problem went away quickly enuff, but the
fact of the matter is that the problem was there.  i still intend to get
me tranny fluid and test the level, but if it is a leak, are there any
problems spots that i should look at, or maybe repair in some way?
