Why yes, yes they do....

Both front and rear will fit....the fronts will be a little loose in the
front where the pin goes so you must make a shim...the rear is a little to
narrow in the back where the lower pins are so you have to extend them
somehow......I used a little piece of copper tubing that fit over the pin on
the seatback and then crimped it a little to fit into the stock hole.  As
for the upper latches for the rear seat back, I havn't quite figured that
out

The lower rear seat is a little wider and fits very tight and you can spread
the metal rods apart on the bottom and make it fit over the sotck clips.

You also have to change the either the seat belts or just the part it clips
into for the front seats.
