Interesting unibody reinforcements

You know, looking at pg. 82 of European Car's Project Volvo Turbo, I
noticed some pretty cool looking unibody reinforcement bars, made by
ipd.  Anybody tried this for a rocco?  Combined with an upper stressbar,
or possibly some longer reinforcement bars to the front radiator
support, it could be a formidable source of strength and longevity for a
Scirocco.
