Cylinder head needed

I need a cylinder head, can anyone help??  I took it off yesterday and 
brought it to the shop today, and there are like 10 small cracks in it 
between the spark plugs and valves.  My uncle (parts guru at a ford dealer) 
is going to look around for a remanufactured head tommorrow.  What will this 
cost?  Does anyone have a good used cylinder head or know of any good deals 
out there?  I need a few pointers, if anyone can help.
