(16V) Bentley Manual Incorrect

Upon arriving to CO. recently I discovered that somewhere along the way a
lower front brake caliper mounting bolt had departed the vehicle.
I checked in the Bentley for the specs but there was nothing but a picture.
I called VW and the gave me the length and thread type. After searching all
over Colorado Spirngs for a replacement I found one and proceeded to put it
in. It was 4MM too long. It matched the picture in the manual too, I
removed the top caliper bolt and they looked nothing alike! So just as a
FYI. I was able to fix the prob by scavanging a bolt from elsewhere on the
car though. If you ever lose one, its the exact same size as the bolt which
holds the battery tie down plate to the frame.
