My larger of the 2 pulleys on the water pump is wiggling and making a clicking noise.

Before is self destructs,

 

How do I go about replacing the pulleys, but not the water pump, on my 16V?

 

I noticed the 3 allen key bolts, what size are they?

 

Do I need any special tools?  If so, can I improvise?

 

How long should it take to do this job?
