Anyone done the 8v to 16v conversion??

If you've got a moment and you've done it, or you know what all it
entails, I would be greatly apprecitative of a couple of answers to some
what may be very basic questions...

Just need to know what all I will need to replace beyond the obvious
computers...etc... and should I expect the engine I buy to have come
with everything I need?
