Power Window Problem

I've got an irrating problem on the driver's power window on my '86 16v.  If
I power the window up, it gets up the 1/4 way mark, tilts slightly to the
back, and jams.  If I pull up the tilt with my hand, it'll then power up all
the way to the top.  I've had the door trim off to straighten and lubricate
the guides, but it didn't solve the problem.  Anyone got any ideas?
