New Dimensions does (or used to) make one. I just dynoed my car with a
couple of local VW club members. One of the cars there was a Jetta with a
ND turbo kit on a 1.8 8v. Other than the turbo, he had not done a whole
lot, except he just put a new cam in it. 145hp at the wheels! As a
comparison, my 16v had 105hp, a stock 8v GTI had about 75hp, and a VR6
Corrado had 155hp. Not bad for an engine that has less than 80hp at the
wheels when stock!

I wanna turbo for my 16v!!! (I'm not kidding if anybody actually has one
to sell...)
