Shifter shifted to the left

I just fix a loose bolt on my shifter and I tighten everything up...
turns out that the shifter is now shifted more to the left?????

did i do something wrong???  or is the shifter suppose to sit somewhat to
the left???? it used to be more or less in the center and now it is very
much left....  also it does not seems to go into the 1 and 3 gears
fully...  seems kinda short now but the 2 and 4 seems okay???

please help : )
