your thermostat only controls the temp of your engine.  if it's warming
up fine and not overheating, your thermostat is fine.  you need to see
if the heater valve is opening fully.  it's located in the engine
compartment on a hose sticking out of the firewall.  it's got a little
lever on top with a cable connected to it.  see if it opens all the way.
